PROBLEMS WITH EBAY POSTAGE!?

I have just had a major problem with a sale I did on EBAY!
I sold a 1883CC GSA Morgan Dollar (It was a MS63 NGC graded coin also)! It was shipped on June 12th 2013. I did not have time to get out to the post office, so I tried using Ebay's  postage system. I had heard other people had problems with packages never reaching the buyer when they used the pay Ebay postage! The reason was; that they have the EBAY LOGO on all postage purchased thru Ebay/PayPal! I used priority mail and also paid for the signature verification return. So off it went in the mail on June 12th 2013. It got to Greensboro sorting facility on June 14th 2013. This is the actual routing from the USPS:

As you can see it came into Greensboro on June 14th to the 27498 zip code section. It next departs from the 27498 at 12 Midnight on June 14th. It was then returned back to the 27498 Zip code section at 4:31AM, then at 3:45PM it went to the 27495 zip code section of the same Greensboro sorting facility. It then DEPARTED the 27495 zip code section on June 15th At 12 Midnight! Then the last scan it came back to the 27495 zip code section and was PROCESSED AGAIN! That was the last time the package was scanned or seen!

As you can see I contacted the buyer after making calls to find out more info from the USPS. I contacted them 6 times in the case and 1 time buy Ebay email! Ebay says I never provided any detailed information to them!!! Here is the proof! The case opened at 2:27AM June 21st. I did a primary contact with the buyer and said I would look into this in the morning. That was at 4:19AM June 21st, less than 2 hours after the case was started! My first contact was calling the 800 number for the USPS, they gave me a Consumer Advocate Representative. I put all this info in the first contact on June 21st at 10:17AM, less than 10 hours after the case was opened! It showed all the shipping info that I had and the phone number, email and name of the Consumer Advocate I was assigned! I then made contact with someone at the Greensboro sorting facility on June 22nd and they again said that the package was scanned last on June 15th and the picture was clear! The package was fine! They said give it another 10 days, as there were many closings of postal facilities! I then relayed that thru the case at 2:28PM June 22nd, about 36 hours after the case was opened! I got back in touch with all of the postal areas I could and found from my local post office that they have hundreds of complaints of Ebay postage packages that are missing! So on the 29th of June at 9:15 AM I was notified that the case was escalated, they said they would let me know there decision within 48 hours! By 3PM they closed the case and refunded the buyer! SOME 48 HOURS! I had a lot of cash in my PayPal account, but they did not use that!!! I am on fixed income and I only have enough cash to pay my bills in my account and being it was the 29th (The END OF THE MONTH) my account was down under $100.00. So I had an overdraft from Ebay because they pulled the funds from my bank in stead of the PayPal balance!!! Then one f my last bills of the month hit and I got a second overdraft charge!!!!
So with the refund of the $395.00 plus the 2 overdrafts and the 10% Ebay took from my sale and the Fees for PayPal and the Postage, I am now out $526.00 total!!!!!!!!!! Any one else have a horror story to share from Ebay Postage????
I took the survey they sent me and I slammed them!!!! I feel that Ebay should refund me all of the money I lost, as I did everything I was suppose to do to mail it properly! The only mistake I made was using Ebay Postage!!!! THE EBAY LOGO PUT MY PACKAGE  AS A TARGET FOR INTERNAL THEFT FROM THE USPS!!!!!
EBAY NEEDS TO REMOVE THERE LOGO FROM ALL OF THERE PAID POSTAGE!!!! It will cut mail theft and loss probably in half!!!

This is what was in the missing package!! If anyone has seen this please contact me!! It has a NGC Grade serial number on it and with the close-ups of the coin it can be identified by the marks on it! NO TWO COINS HAVE THE SAME MARKS (EX: scratches, cuts,die cracks, imperfections, bag marks).
