We came four votes away from the U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

 

The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:

“To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.” The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, Would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. And had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo. Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

The Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal Review

I just tested a new tool from Bosch. It is made to work with any of these new multifunction oscillating tools. I happen to have a Bosch electric one and I also have a air operated Chicago Pneumatic one. I put both of them to work with my newly acquired  Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal. I got this to test for the Stuffstuff company, which is part of the handyman club I belong to.
Here is what I found:
This Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal really lives up to the Bosch name! It cut right thru 3/4 rebar like butter! I tried it with my Bosch electric Multifunction oscillating tool and my Chicago pneumatic air operated oscillating tool and it worked great with both of them. With the universal mounting holes set up on this blade it was so easy to go from one brand of tool to another. I have some other multifunction tools and they come with adapter plates that you have to keep playing around with. It takes longer to mount the tool than it does to do some jobs. So I say this Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal is tops on my list of Oscillating Blades and tools. It still almost looks unused after doing about 30 plus cuts!! barely scuffed it up!!

This Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal operates effortlessly, no need to push down on the multifunction tool at all. Just the weight of the tool is enough to cut everything I needed to cut! I cuts your job time way down, so if you are pressed for time, it is a big time saver! Universal use; it can be used on any multifunction tool due to the universal mount holes pre-drilled on the blade! I also like the built in ruler on the blade, no need to stop and measure how deep you have cut if you are just notching some thick metal. it goes from tip to the frame 1 11/16 of an inch, so for most projects that is plenty, at least for my uses any way!

The operation was flawless and this Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal should outlast probably any other metal cutter I own by 10 fold! I used another "heavy metal cutter" and the metal cut up the cutter before the cutter made it thru the metal!! As long as the Bosch Carbide Oscillating Blade for heavy metal  is not abused, it should last for hundreds of cuts!! But always make sure to use a lube and keep the blade cooled!!!

Got Sprinklers? Save Water!

This Weather Smart Pro is a real easy unit to set up! You can get fancy with the wiring to set it up as I did, I set it on the wall by my front door and ran wire thru plastic conduit to each of my 4 zones I have. Timer setting is real easy!! If you need to bypass it you can also do that too. I set the whole thing up in under 2 hours start to finish. I used CAT 5E cable thru the wall, then put a 1/2 inch conduit in out side and ran it to the control heads of each of the 4 stations I have for my system. When the set up was done, I did a test of the whole system. each leg worked fine manually. I set the rain meter on top of my fence post and did a test run to simulate rain with a hose. It did not let the system turn on the sprinklers. Then I did a quick shower and it came on for about 7 to 10 minutes per station. I set the final settings and did about 45 days of use. My water usage went down by almost 60% as we get a lot of rain in South Florida!!! I am very happy with the results and so is my wallet!!

PROBLEMS WITH EBAY POSTAGE!?

I have just had a major problem with a sale I did on EBAY!
I sold a 1883CC GSA Morgan Dollar (It was a MS63 NGC graded coin also)! It was shipped on June 12th 2013. I did not have time to get out to the post office, so I tried using Ebay's  postage system. I had heard other people had problems with packages never reaching the buyer when they used the pay Ebay postage! The reason was; that they have the EBAY LOGO on all postage purchased thru Ebay/PayPal! I used priority mail and also paid for the signature verification return. So off it went in the mail on June 12th 2013. It got to Greensboro sorting facility on June 14th 2013. This is the actual routing from the USPS:

As you can see it came into Greensboro on June 14th to the 27498 zip code section. It next departs from the 27498 at 12 Midnight on June 14th. It was then returned back to the 27498 Zip code section at 4:31AM, then at 3:45PM it went to the 27495 zip code section of the same Greensboro sorting facility. It then DEPARTED the 27495 zip code section on June 15th At 12 Midnight! Then the last scan it came back to the 27495 zip code section and was PROCESSED AGAIN! That was the last time the package was scanned or seen!

As you can see I contacted the buyer after making calls to find out more info from the USPS. I contacted them 6 times in the case and 1 time buy Ebay email! Ebay says I never provided any detailed information to them!!! Here is the proof! The case opened at 2:27AM June 21st. I did a primary contact with the buyer and said I would look into this in the morning. That was at 4:19AM June 21st, less than 2 hours after the case was started! My first contact was calling the 800 number for the USPS, they gave me a Consumer Advocate Representative. I put all this info in the first contact on June 21st at 10:17AM, less than 10 hours after the case was opened! It showed all the shipping info that I had and the phone number, email and name of the Consumer Advocate I was assigned! I then made contact with someone at the Greensboro sorting facility on June 22nd and they again said that the package was scanned last on June 15th and the picture was clear! The package was fine! They said give it another 10 days, as there were many closings of postal facilities! I then relayed that thru the case at 2:28PM June 22nd, about 36 hours after the case was opened! I got back in touch with all of the postal areas I could and found from my local post office that they have hundreds of complaints of Ebay postage packages that are missing! So on the 29th of June at 9:15 AM I was notified that the case was escalated, they said they would let me know there decision within 48 hours! By 3PM they closed the case and refunded the buyer! SOME 48 HOURS! I had a lot of cash in my PayPal account, but they did not use that!!! I am on fixed income and I only have enough cash to pay my bills in my account and being it was the 29th (The END OF THE MONTH) my account was down under $100.00. So I had an overdraft from Ebay because they pulled the funds from my bank in stead of the PayPal balance!!! Then one f my last bills of the month hit and I got a second overdraft charge!!!!
So with the refund of the $395.00 plus the 2 overdrafts and the 10% Ebay took from my sale and the Fees for PayPal and the Postage, I am now out $526.00 total!!!!!!!!!! Any one else have a horror story to share from Ebay Postage????
I took the survey they sent me and I slammed them!!!! I feel that Ebay should refund me all of the money I lost, as I did everything I was suppose to do to mail it properly! The only mistake I made was using Ebay Postage!!!! THE EBAY LOGO PUT MY PACKAGE  AS A TARGET FOR INTERNAL THEFT FROM THE USPS!!!!!
EBAY NEEDS TO REMOVE THERE LOGO FROM ALL OF THERE PAID POSTAGE!!!! It will cut mail theft and loss probably in half!!! 
I WILL POST THIS ON ALL OF MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS!!!!!

This is what was in the missing package!! If anyone has seen this please contact me!! It has a NGC Grade serial number on it and with the close-ups of the coin it can be identified by the marks on it! NO TWO COINS HAVE THE SAME MARKS (EX: scratches, cuts,die cracks, imperfections, bag marks).

A Beam Of Light In The Night

Well, I have been using Mr Beams Under Counter Light for a few
weeks now. I have tried it in a few different places in my house. The
first place was in my bedroom under a shelf on my triple dresser
(Photo showing mounting bracket under my dresser shelf). This
took a little moving and trial and error to get it where I wanted it to
work for me. I did get it set so when I walked into my bedroom it
turned on before I walked into any furniture. I also wanted it to turn
on when I got out of bed also, which I got to work also. I was
impressed with the sensitivity of the electronic eye. The only thing I
could not prevent was the light turning on when any of my pets
walked by, I tried to shim it and move it to different locations with n
luck. I would suggest a adjustable sensor, either screw type or cog
type for micro adjustments to be able to set the height and side to
side adjustments. Besides that, I am really impressed with the
operation. I moved it to the hallway about 7 feet off the floor and
again it worked as I wanted it to. It came on when I turned the
corner from either my dining room or my kitchen to light my way in
an otherwise dark area. It is much better than turning on the
hallway light at 3 or 4 in the morning and waking up the rest of the
house with bright lights.I then moved it to what is going to be the
permanent location for the Mr Beam Under Cabinet light. I moved it
to under a cabinet in my kitchen, where it's main job is to light up
some of the hallway and the kitchen area. My roommate loves it,
and so do I!  This Mr Beam Under Counter Light does a much better
job of holding the light than anyone could ever dream of doing with
a flash light!  ;)

Most of the cuts on here are from there trouble making (Pre-RingoTimes). They finished the last night in Hamburg Germany with a bang. But who could have stayed out of trouble back then in the "red light" district of Hamburg. Needless to say the Beatles made it all the way out of Germany and back to England Unscathed!! They then Found Ringo after dumping Peter Best as drummer, and the rest is history!

Another version of the Hamburg recordings, recorded live at The Star Club on New Years Eve, 1962. It's usually assumed that Horst Fascher is singing but it's in fact his brother Fred Fascher.Horst sings on "Hallelujah I Love Her So" (according to Sulpy and Gottfridsson). The two Hamburg Performances of A Taste Of Honey feature many resemblances yet they are completely different.
They both feature one of the boys (John ? Ringo ?) singing "Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Baaa" before the song.
They both feature private jokes by the Beatles or the audience during the song and at one time (on the unedited version) this makes Paul laughing while singing.
However, the two versions are completely different because one of these has an extra verse that is unique on all the survived versions of the song.

This version is in fact an edit of two (or more ?) versions.
The spoken introduction by Paul is completely different than on the unedited version although some parts are common to both versions.
